What is an Out of Body Experience

An Out of Body Experience is the act of consciously leaving the body and perceiving the world from outside of the physical body. This is controlled completely by choice. Out of body experiences are acheived through lucid dreaming.

Lucid dreaming the perfect starting point to venture into out of body experience. Once your dream has become lucid, you can simply choose to walk out of your earthly body! Crazy, but true.
